📄 Abstract
Transition to medium-term budget planning is important to support macroeconomic and fiscal sustainability and public financial system. If â??planningâ? is for a year, issues of solving current issues may become more important than strategic goals. The availability of three-year targets in the State budget of Uzbekistan will help to achieve future goals. One of the main goals of this reform is to improve efficiency of public financial management.
