Publication Policy
EPRA follows a structured and transparent publication
process to ensure timely release of accepted status research articles. This
policy outlines the standard procedures and timelines applicable to authors
after acceptance of their manuscripts.
1. Publication Timeline
Once all required formalities (including acceptance
confirmation, documentation, and publication fee) are successfully completed,
the article will typically be published within 1–2 working days.
2. Technical & Operational Delays
While we strive for prompt publication, delays may
occasionally occur due to technical issues such as:
- Website/server
maintenance or updates
- Temporary
server downtime
- Digital
processing interruptions
- Backend
technical configurations
In such circumstances, the publication may take an
additional short period beyond the normal timeline. Authors will be informed if
any significant delay arises.
3. Issue Assignment
Published papers are released in the current or
upcoming monthly issue of the journal, depending on the editorial schedule and
space availability.
4. Final Digital Documents
After publication, authors will receive relevant
digital documents (such as article copy pdf and publication certificates pdf)
through email and/or may download them from the journal website.
5. No Pre-Publication Guarantees
EPRA does not guarantee publication prior to the
review/ completion of formalities or before the designated editorial schedule.
6. Changes and Updates
EPRA reserves the right to update or modify this
policy in accordance with editorial and operational requirements.
