Retraction Policy
EPRA trusted publishing is committed to maintaining the
integrity, authenticity, and academic value of its published literature.
Retraction decisions are taken with due diligence in accordance with journal
standards, ethical guidelines, and editorial discretion.
1. Grounds for Retraction
EPRA reserves full rights to retract any published
article at any stage (before or after indexing/archiving) under the following
circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Proven
plagiarism or self-plagiarism
- Data
fabrication, falsification, or manipulation
- Duplicate
or redundant submissions/publications
- Ethical
misconduct or misrepresentation
- Copyright
or authorship disputes
- Violation
of journal policies, standards, or publication ethics
- Legal,
technical, or compliance issues
- Any
situation deemed inappropriate by the Editor or Chief Editor
2. Authority & Decision
Retraction decisions are taken solely at the
discretion of the editorial authorities, including the Editor, Chief Editor, or
the EPRA management.
Author consent is not mandatory for retraction if misconduct or policy
violation is identified.
3. Fees & Financial Policy
Retraction due to authors' misconduct, ethical
violation, plagiarism, or policy breach will not qualify for any refund,
reversal, or compensation of publication fees.
In such cases, publication fees once paid are non-refundable and
non-adjustable.
4. Editorial Protection
The journal is not liable for:
- Reputational
loss
- Academic
disputes
- Institutional
action taken against authors
- Legal
claims related to content submitted by authors
Authors bear full responsibility for the originality,
accuracy, and ethical compliance of their work.
5. Post-Publication Disputes
In authorship or copyright disputes, EPRA reserves the
right to:
- Hold,
retract, or temporarily suspend the article
- Request
supporting evidence from involved parties
- Decide
based on the journal’s best interest and policy framework
6. Journal Discretion
EPRA holds the exclusive right to modify or
update this Retraction Policy at any time without prior notification to
authors.
Note:-EPRA will not issue refunds of any kind after the acceptance certificate issued/ Publication.
