Plagiarism Policy
EPRA is firmly committed to ensuring the originality,
authenticity, and academic integrity of all published content. Plagiarism in
any form is strictly prohibited. The journal retains full authority to
evaluate, reject, or retract submissions based on plagiarism findings without
obligation to the author.
1. Screening & Verification
All submitted manuscripts may undergo plagiarism
checks using standard plagiarism detection software and manual editorial
examination.
Plagiarism screening may be performed:
- Before
acceptance
- Prior
to publication
- After
publication (if concerns arise)
The journal reserves the right to conduct additional
verification as deemed necessary.
2. Editorial Decision & Discretion
EPRA and its editorial authorities hold sole
discretion to:
- Reject
the manuscript
- Request
revision or resubmission
- Suspend
publication
- Retract
published articles
Author approval or consent is not required for
editorial action in confirmed plagiarism cases.
3. Author Responsibility
Authors are fully responsible for ensuring:
- Originality
of submitted content
- Proper
citation and permissions
- Ethical
compliance and authorship accuracy
Any legal, academic, or institutional consequences
arising from plagiarism shall be borne solely by the author(s).
4. No Refund in Plagiarism Cases
If plagiarism is detected at any stage, publication
fees are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-compensable, even if
the article is rejected, suspended, or retracted after payment.
5. Post-Publication Detection
If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the
journal reserves the right to:
- Retract
the article
- Remove the PDF
Such actions may be taken without notification to the
authors.
6. Policy Amendments
EPRA reserves the full right to update, modify, or
revise this policy at any time without prior notice to authors.
