Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
- EPRA
refers to EPRA Trusted Publishing.
- Author
refers to the principal author of the submitted article.
- Co-Author
refers to additional authors listed in the article.
- Submitted
Author refers to the author who submits the
manuscript on behalf of all authors.
- Pay
Author refers to an author listed in the
paper who pays the publication fee.
- Publication
refers to the formal publication of the article in any EPRA journal.
- Publication
Fee refers to the fee charged for publishing the
article in any EPRA journal.
- Copyright
refers to the EPRA Trusted Publishing copyright form signed by the
author(s).
2. General Conditions
1.
No Hard Copies
EPRA does not provide printed hard copies of certificates or published articles
or journal for online edition paid authors.
2.
No Author Contact Updates
EPRA does not update or modify any author email IDs or phone numbers either in
the published article or on the website.
3.
Publication Fee Terms
o Publication
fee is required only after acceptance of the paper (Formalities Pending
Status).
o Payment
before acceptance is not accepted.
o EPRA
is not responsible for payments made during Under Review / Pending Review /
Revision Status, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.
4.
Post-Publication Changes
Once an article is published, EPRA will not entertain any requests related to
changes in content, author details, or corrections.
5.
Editorial Rights
EPRA reserves the right to make stylistic, grammatical, content-related edits,
including deletion, rewriting of sentences, and restructuring, as deemed
necessary.
6.
Authorship Responsibility
o Authorship
decisions (main author and co-authors) must be finalized before submission.
o EPRA
assumes that all listed authors have granted permission to the submitted author
for submission.
o If
the corresponding author wishes to remove a co-author, the request must be made
before publication.
7.
Originality and Exclusivity
EPRA will not consider articles that have been previously published or are
under review elsewhere.
8.
Author Responsibility
Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, statements, claims, and
opinions present in their articles.
9.
Publication Fee Process
o Publication
fee must be paid only after acceptance confirmation from the EPRA Editorial
team.
o No
advance or prior fee payment will be accepted.
10.
Copyright Form
At least one author must sign the copyright form (attached with the acceptance
mail) and send it via email during payment formalities.
11.
Plagiarism Policy
EPRA maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy.
o Articles
found plagiarized before publication will be rejected and authors may be
blacklisted.
o If
plagiarism is identified after publication with valid evidence, EPRA reserves
the right to remove the article without prior notice.
3. Disclaimer on Indexing
EPRA submits all published articles to relevant
indexing platforms. However:
- Indexing
decisions depend solely on the content, indexing site guidelines,
eligibility criteria, and their verification timelines.
- Indexing
may occur immediately, take time, or may not occur at all.
- EPRA
does not guarantee indexing of any published article.
- Publication
with EPRA does not ensure inclusion in indexing databases.
