I- Cancellation Policy
1.
Editor-Initiated Cancellation
If the Editor or Chief Editor determines at any stage that a submitted paper is
not suitable for publication, the acceptance may be cancelled. In such cases,
the full publication fee will be refunded to the author. Refunds will be
processed to the same account used for payment and will be credited within 7–15
working days.
2.
Delay in Publication
Paid authors are eligible for a refund if publication is delayed by more than 15
days beyond the journal’s scheduled publication date.
3.
Author-Initiated Cancellation
No refunds or cancellations will be permitted if the author voluntarily
withdraws their paper after the publication fee has been paid.
4.
Applicability
The above cancellation and refund terms apply only to paid publications.
II-Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under
which refunds may be issued for publication fees. Authors are advised to read
this policy carefully before submitting and paying publication charges.
1. Payment Eligibility
Publication fees are required only after acceptance
of the paper and upon receiving a status such as “Formalities
Pending” or equivalent.
Payments made at earlier stages such as Under Review / Pending Review /
Revision are not valid and will not be eligible for any refund in
case of rejection.
2. Editor-Initiated Cancellation
If the Editor or Chief Editor determines at
a later stage (after acceptance and before publication) that a paper is not
suitable for publication, the acceptance will be cancelled and the full
publication fee will be refunded to the author. Refunds are processed
to the same account used for payment and will be credited
within 7–15 working days.
3. Publication Delay Refund
If the journal delays publication by more than 15
days from the scheduled or declared publication date, the author is
eligible for a refund.
This applies strictly to Accepted & Paid papers only.
4. No Refund After Acceptance Certificate
Once the Acceptance Certificate has been
issued, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
5. Author-Initiated Withdrawal
No refunds or cancellation of publication will be provided
if an author voluntarily withdraws their paper after paying
the publication fee.
6. No Refund for Plagiarism or Copyright Issues
Refunds will not be issued in cases involving:
- Plagiarism
complaints
- Copyright
violations
- Duplicate
submission issues
7. No Refund for Indexing or Satisfaction Issues
No refunds will be entertained for:
- Indexing
concerns (e.g., Google Scholar, Google, or other indexing agencies)
- Dissatisfaction
after publication
- Claims
of insufficient visibility or impact
8. Final Condition
EPRA Publishing (or the concerned journal) will
not issue refunds of any kind after the publication fee payment, except in
the specific cases defined in this policy.
