Only)
1. Mode of Delivery
EPRA trusted publishing provides all publication-related
materials in digital format only. We do not ship any physical copies
through courier or postal services.
2. Digital Documents Provided
The following documents are provided to authors:
- Acceptance
Certificate (PDF): Issued after the author completes the required
publication payment.
- Published
Article / Paper (PDF): Provided to the author after the article is
officially published.
- Publication
Certificate (PDF): Released after the article is published in the
respective journal issue.
All documents are delivered by email and made
available for download on our website.
3. How Documents Are Delivered
Digital files are delivered through:
- Email
(to the corresponding author’s registered email ID)
- Download
Option from our official journal website
4. Delivery Timeline
Once an article is
published, the published article (PDF) and publication certificate (PDF) are
typically delivered to the author via email within a few hours of publication
and are also available for download on our website.
In general, all digital
documents are processed and delivered within 1–3 working days from the date of
publication, depending on the workflow and issue release schedule.
5. Shipping Charges
Since EPRA uses digital delivery only, no
shipping charges apply.
6. Author Responsibility
Authors are required to provide an accurate and active
email ID for smooth delivery of digital documents. EPRA shall not be
responsible for delays caused due to:
- Incorrect
or inactive email addresses
- Email
inbox issues (spam filtering, full mailbox, etc.)
7. No Physical Dispatch / No Hard Copies
EPRA does not supply printed copies of
certificates, issues, or articles unless explicitly announced under special
services or programmes.
