<p>Stress at work resulting from increasing complexities of work and its divergent demand, has become a prominent and pervading feature of the modern organizations. The researchers in the area of organizational psychology and management have used the term job stress to denote employees’ mental state aroused by a job situation or a combination of job situations perceived as presenting excessive and divergent demands.</p> <p><strong>KEY WORDS</strong>: Psychology, Stress, divergent, anxiety</p>
