Abstract
The article describes the importance and effectiveness of video endoscopy in the early differential diagnosis of various tumor diseases of the larynx, allowing to identify areas of pathological changes in the mucous membrane and determine the specific vascular pattern characteristic of neoplasms. Based on studies conducted at the Department of Otolaryngology of the ASMI and an analysis of literary data, Otolaryngology The possibilities and prospects for the introduction of video endoscopy into the practice of otolaryngologists are outlined.
