📄 Abstract
An organizational theory furnishes a general frame of reference for explaining and understanding behavior pattern in organization. The study is the impact of the change management at Commercial taxes Department. To study the perception of Commercial taxes Departmentâ??s employees towards the Change ie Computerization. The period of the study is for the year 2008-2009. Primary data is directly collected from the respondents i.e. employees of the Commercial taxes Department through a structured formalized questionnaire. Secondary data has been collected through websites, library books & journals. The sample size is restricted to 50 only. The study and analysis are purely based on information given by the respondents i.e. employees of Commercial taxes Department, Charminar Division. The period of the study is for one year.
