📄 Abstract

After its initial establishment during the Han Dynasty, the Silk Road experienced three interruptions and subsequent reopenings by the Han Dynasty, reflecting several adjustments and changes in the border policies of that era. This clearly demonstrates that the development of the Silk Roads Chinese segment was deeply influenced by the border policies of the ancient central authority.
