📄 Abstract

Employee performance refers to the work accomplished by an individual or group of individuals in line with their authority or duty as an employee during a certain period of time. Numerous factors have an effect on employee performance, including work satisfaction and motivation. Job satisfaction reflects an individualâ??s attitude about his or her job. Meanwhile, motivation is a management strategy used to encourage employees to progress their careers inside the company based on their performance. The purpose of performance assessment is to evaluate an employeeâ??s performance. Hence, it is a quantitative study using a correlational methodology with the aim of evaluating and testing the causal relationship between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The studyâ??s findings indicate that employee job satisfaction and motivation both have a significant impact on employee performance. In essence, employeesâ?? performance is influenced by job satisfaction and motivation by 63.1 percent. It is suggested to provide a greater emphasis on factors that contribute to employee performance, such as job satisfaction and motivation, in order to further enhance employee performance. It is also suggested that they continue to enhance their performance in line with the incentive provided, without relying on suggestions from the leadership, in order to further enhance their performance.
